WINDMILL TYPE IN-LINE WORK WASHING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To dispense with the readjustment of the posture of a work and to reduce the taking-out loss of a washing solution to the outside of a washing tank by providing work holding means to the respective leading ends of a plurality of the radial windmill arms mounted on a rotary shaft and making the works rotatable and movable in the washing tank in a predetermined posture. CONSTITUTION:In a washing apparatus consisting of a washing tank 1 and a work transfer means B, a plurality of radial windmill arms 5 are mounted on a rotary shaft 4 and work holding means C are provided to the leading end positions of the windmill arms and the works A automatically processed in the previous process to be fed can be held by the work holding means C of the windmill arms. Subsequently, the windmill arms 5 are rotated while the positions and postures of the works A at a delivery time are held and the works A are immersed in the washing solution 2 received in the tank 1 and, when the works A reach a predetermined position, they are pushed out by a work push-out means D to be moved to the next washing tank 1b or the next process. By this transfer system, the labor adjusting the positions and postures of the works at each time when the works are delivered is omitted and the taking-out loss of the washing solution to the outside of the tank 1 is suppressed.
