Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent buckling deformation during annealing by heating to an only narrow range in width of edge part of a steel strip by inserting the edge part in the direction of width of strip between a C type iron core having gap and arranging an electric conducting material having crossing posture to leakage flux at upper and lower parts of a pass line. CONSTITUTION:An induction heating device provides the C type iron core 1 and coil 2 and gap 1a of C type iron core 1 is made to the posture inserting the edge part of strip S. One pair of the electric conducting materials 3a, 3b are set at upper and lower parts as inserting the pass line of strip S between so as to be in parallel to outer wall of the C type iron core 1. The induction heating to the strip S by the leakage flux is restrained because of cutting-off with the electric conducting materials 3a, 3b. The strip S is heated to high temp. at only narrow range in the width of edge part (s) positioned in the gap 1a. Therefore, crystallized grains at only edge part (s) of the strip are coarsed and the buckling strain at the time of finish-annealing is prevented. |
