Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent a damage of an additional heating circuit by a method wherein a pressure within an additional heating circuit is detected by a pressure sensor after opening a hot water feeding solenoid valve and in case that the detected value is higher than a certain set pressure, it is judged that the valve is fully closed and then an automatic operation is immediately stopped. CONSTITUTION:When an automatic operation switch is turned on, a hot water feeding solenoid valve 5 is opened, a valve 11 is closed, hot water is fed to a circulating additional heating circuit 4. As T second elapses, the hot water feeding solenoid valve 5 is closed, a valve 11 is opened, and a pressure within a circulation additional heating circuit is detected by a pressure sensor 8. When the detected value is more than Pkg/cm of set value, it is judged that the circulating additional heating circuit is fully closed due to a freezing or the like and then an automatic operation is immediately stopped. When the detected value is less than Pkg/cm , the hot water feeding solenoid valve 5 is opened and at the same time a water amount control valve 15 is metered to show a minimum water amount. A pressure of the circulating additional heating circuit 4 at that time is detected by the pressure sensor 8 under this state. When the detected value is less than Pkg/cm , the circuit is not fully closed, but it is judged that the value is such a degree as not prohibiting the operation, the operation is transferred to a normal automatic operation flow and in turn when the detected value is more than Pkg/cm , it is judged as a dangerous state and the automatic operation is stopped.
