INSTALLING EXTERNAL WALL TO BUILDING

PURPOSE:To make a large-sized scaffolding unnecessary by assembling, at the ground, external wall materials surrounding a high-rise building structure body into an external wall unit in a square-case shape and hoisting the assembled units one after another until the stacked wall units reach the uppermost story, and by fixing the same thereto. CONSTITUTION:A building structure body 1 is constructed of four steel columns 4 positioned in the front and the rear and in the right and the left, and structural steels for structure bodies 3 comprising beams and trusses that are connected thereto. At the uppermost story of the structure body 1, a twin-jack 5 and an oil-hydraulic pump 6 are installed. A control panel 9 is installed on the ground 8 and hoisting of a hoisting wire hung down from the twin-jack 5 is controlled thereby. At an assembling stand 12 on the ground, external wall materials are integrally assembled into an external wall unit 13 so that the building structure is surrounded by the wall unit. The wall units so assembled are hoisted one after another along the exterior of the building structure body 1 and are fixed thereto. By repeating the same process of works, the fixing of the wall units reaches the uppermost story of the building structure body 1. Thereby installation of a large-sized scaffolding becomes unnecessary even for a building of high-rise structure.
