Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate construction by connecting the discharge part of a hopper to the rear part of a mixer pipe, and providing the mixer pipe so that it can freely oscillate about the discharge port part of the hopper. CONSTITUTION:Aggregates are fed from aggregate storage units 31-33 on a belt conveyor 35 to be conveyed to the rear of a car body 1, and curing agents are sprinkled from a curing agent-powder supply device 36 on the aggregates. The aggregates are then supplied through a hopper 37 to a mixer pipe 38, and sent by a kneading screw 39 to a discharge port 40. When the aggregates are sent to the first-half kneading part, resins are supplied from a resin supply unit 60 to the mixer-pipe 38. The aggregates and resins are kneaded in the mixer pipe 38 to form resin concrete. Further, the rotary shaft of a mixer pipe supporting mechanism 51 is rotated to sprinkle the resin concrete while the position of the discharge port 40 is oscillated right and left.
