Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To use a nuclear resonant signal within three slice cross-sectional regions by providing a second to a fourth pulses slice selectively and also providing -180 deg. high frequency pulse between a first and a third pulses amongst of four high frequency pulses to consistute a sequence. CONSTITUTION: A patient 20 is laid within a magnet coil 1 on a spherical surface 2. Inclined magnetic fields are produced from inclined coil units 3, 5, 7. A high frequency coil 11 produces four high frequency pulses sequentially and receives nuclear magnetic resonant signals thereof. Amongst of these high frequency pulses, a second to a fourth ones are slice selective to excite three slices and provide -180 deg. high frequency pulse between a first and a third high frequency pulses, for the phase periods in respective two sequences. In these two sequences, a first or a third phase angle is made different by 180 deg. or a second phase angle is made different by 90 deg.. Thus, three slices, which are vertical to each other, are excited and nuclear resonant signals produced in cross-sectional regions of these slices can be used effectively. |
