Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent water from entering the recording device by covering a data storage device main body with a cylindrical cover in airtight structure from above and holding them in one body. CONSTITUTION:The lower part of the data recording device 10 is formed in the watertight structure and connectors 24 for cable connection is provided facedown at upper parts. The cylindrical cover 12 is made of a nearly cylindrical shape holding material on the whole and only the lower end is open; and a top plate 40 and a flank cylindrical part 42 connect with each other in airtight structure, the flank cylindrical part 42 droops to nearby the lower end of the data recording device main body 10, and a gap that a cable, etc., can pass through is formed between the both. An internal lid 44 is provided inside the top plate 40 and an 0 ring 46 is provided on its outer peripheral surface.
