CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber array 3 formed by coating an absorbing body to each optical fiber and an optical fiber array 4 formed by not coating an absorbing body to each optical fiber are boards 5, 6, a thin film photodetector array 7 is formed onto the optical fiber array board 5, a light source 2 is arranged to a space opposite to the wire leadout side of the optical fiber array board 6 and a original 1 is lighted through the optical fiber array 4 without absorbing body and the optical fiber array boards 4, 5.
