CONSTITUTION:The title copolymer is prepd. by melt mixing: 100 pts.wt. propylene copolymer contg. 0.01-10mol% dialkenylbenzene units of formula I (wherein R is H or methyl; R is a 1-6C hydrocarbon group; and n is 0 or 1) and/or branched nonconjugated diene units of formula II (wherein R is 8C or lower alkyl; R and R are each H, or 8C or lower alkyl, and they are not simultaneously H; and n is 1-10); with 5-100 pts.wt. ethylenically unsatd. monomer pref. comprising styrene or a mixture of styrene as the major component with another monomer copolymerizable with styrene; in the presence of a radical polymn. initiator.
