Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a heat absorptive plate with both excellent heat absorptive feature and lighting feature, by integrally forming an ultrared ray absorbing agent on a thermo-plastic resin board having a transparent characteristic. CONSTITUTION:A polycarbonate resin board with about 1-10 mm thick having an excellent transparent characteristic is used for a board 1 and a thermoplastic resin film with about 30-300 mum thick uniformly containing an ultrared ray absorbing agent 3 is employed for a surface layer 2. And specified volume of an aluminum compound having an effective absorptive belt in a near ultrared area is used for the ultrared ray absorbing agent 3 according to the thickness of surface layer 2. And a heat wave absorptive plate is made by such a way that a thermo-plastic resin film is mixed uniformly together with a specified volume of ultrared ray absorbing agent and ultraviolet ray absorbing agent, as required, by a film roll and superposed on the thermo-plastic resin base plate 1. In this way, any required shape of lighting materials can be easily molded by a thermal molding or the like.
