Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To float up and remove inclusion in surface layer part of molten steel by setting molten steel discharging hole in a cylindrical body facing toward one side of tundish side wall or besides this, setting so as to join the tundish side wall at the opposite side of discharging hole to the outer circumferential wall of cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical body 4 having refractoriness arranged with the molten steel discharging hole in the horizontal direction at the side wall is set at circumference of an inlet of pouring nozzle 3 for pouring into the tundish 2 from a molten steel ladle 1. The discharging hole 7 in the cylindrical body 4 is set at least in one position toward one side of the tundish side wall. The cylindrical body at the opposite side of discharging hole is set so as to be in contact with the tundish side wall or a weir is arranged. Role of the cylindrical body is to decrease drift stream from the pouring nozzle 3 and molten steel flow in vertical direction and to straighten flowing. The stream dispersed to the whole direction is straightened to the stream in one direction to bring the discharged stream into collision with the side wall, this is uniformly divided into the right and left directions. By this method, without involving the inclusion on the surface layer part of molten steel, this can be efficiently floated up and removed. |
