Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a resistance thermometer bulb which is superior in a thermal response characteristic with respect to changes in temperature, flow rate and the like by making a plurality of kerfs in a resistance film between a resistance circuit pattern and an extraction electrode. CONSTITUTION:This element is composed of a resistance circuit pattern 2a and extraction electrodes 4 which are formed on an insulating film 1 and a plurality of kerfs 8 are formed in a resistance film 2 between the resistance circuit pattern 2a and each electrode 4 and then, heat is generated by the resistance circuit pattern 2a and is conducted to the side of each extraction electrode and yet, heat conduction is suppressed. Consequently, thermal movement from the resistance circuit pattern 2a to the side of each electrode 4 becomes less than that of conventional structure. A thermal response characteristic is thus improved by renovating thermal response in the resistance circuit pattern 2a.
