CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin (e.g. a polyvinyl chloride) having an average degree of polymn. of 900 or higher, as the main component, is compounded with 0.5-5.0 pts.wt. melt tension improver (e.g. a methyl methacrylate polymer) and 0.5-3.5 metal soap (e.g. calcium stearate).
