Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To leave out a wave form forming process by winding a flat metal tape on a cable while forming the metal tape in a wave form by a rolling roll utilizing a rotating force of a twisting apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A corrugated metal tape winding apparatus is installed on a space A between a presser winding taping machine 3 and a cable taking machine 4 so as to wind a wave form metal tape 15 on the outer circumference of a cable 12 utilizing the rotation of the cable 12 itself. That is, a flat metal tape 6 sent out of a tape sending machine 10 is formed in a wave form by a rolling 7 and the obtained wave form metal tape 15 is wound on the outer circumference of the cable 12 successively to give a corrugated metal tape- coated cable 8. In this way, wave form forming process is left out.
