CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BUILDING CAPABLE OF OPERATING EXISTING STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To improve the extent of operation efficiency by installing a temporary beam in a temporary support pile at a position where it is shifted as far as the specified value from a permanent column member setup position and, after constructing a foundation pile and a permanent column, moving the temporary beam to some extent and diverting it to the permanent beam. CONSTITUTION:Temporary support piles 3, 3 and so on are erected in a platform 1 of a station and a track 2, and a temporary beam 4 is set up in grating form via a joint member 11 in a permanent column member setup position 9 at a position where it is shifted as far as the width conformed to a caliber of the foundation pile. Next, a covering work receiving beam 12 and a covering work plate 13 are laid down on top of the beam 4, the foundation pile 22 is constructed in the setup position 9, erecting a column 23. In succession, a hydraulic jack 25 is fixed to a support rail 24 on the support pile 3, and a floor plate 27 unitized with a vertical beam 4a and a horizontal beam 4b of the beam 4 through the joint member 11 is pushed out, moving it so as to have the joint member 11 situated in the setup position 9. Then these beam 4a, 4b are used as permanent beams through which upper construction is further carried out.
