Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition excellent in weather and heat resistance by blending a copolymer composition having a maleimide-based monomer component with specific amounts of a specified hindered amine-based stabilizer, etc. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. resin composition containing 5-90wt.%, preferably 20-70wt.% maleimide-based monomer component with (A) 0.05-3 pts.wt. hindered amine-based stabilizer expressed by formula I [R is H or methyl; R is 1-20C mono- to tetravalent hydrocarbon which may be interrupted with nitrogen atom; n is 1-4], (B) 0.05-3 pts.wt. hindered phenol-hindered amine-based stabilizer expressed by formula II or III (R is methyl or tert-butyl) and (C) 0.02-3 pts.wt. ultraviolet ray absorber (e.g. a benzotriazole-based ultraviolet ray absorber).
