Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To attain a compact set by arranging an operation section including a switch on a front face of a circumferential part of a liquid crystal panel so as to make the liquid crystal display front outer size to be almost the liquid crystal panel size. CONSTITUTION:A case of a liquid crystal television receiver 1 consists of 3 cases as a top case 2, a center case 3, and a bottom case 4 and a front plate 2b made of a transparent material is adhered to the top case 2. Operation switches 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87 of key switch method are provided under the top case 2. The operation switches 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87 are arranged on a circumferential part under the liquid crystal panel. The operation switches 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87 provided under the front face of the liquid crystal television receiver are used frequently used and give effect on the performance. The operation switch 81 is used for changeover of the television receiver and a video tape recorder(VTR) monitor.
