Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To readily obtain a seamless columnar chocolate, excellent in beautiful appearance with hardly any loss of the shape by casting chocolate into a specific forming mold, cooling and solidifying the chocolate and releasing the solidified chocolate from the mold. CONSTITUTION:A flat plate having one or more holes of a definite shape and a pipe 2 of a definite shape such as circle or star made of a synthetic resin (preferably a high nitrile-based resin containing >=50wt.% unsaturated nitrile monomer) with both opened ends is engaged therewith to superpose the undersurface of the flat plate 1 on a flat plate 3 having a smooth surface. Both the ends are then tightened with a tightening jig and molten chocolate is subsequently cast into the resultant mold, cooled and solidified. The flat plate 3 is then removed to push out the chocolate with an ejector rod 4 to release the chocolate from the mold. Thereby, the objective chocolate is obtained. |
