SHEET ADHERED TO FORMS UPON PLACING OF CONCRETE FOR REMOVING EXCESS MOISTURE

PURPOSE:To remove excess moisture in concrete slurry, to facilitate removal from a forms and to allow repetitive use by employing a sheet formed by sequentially adhering and integrating with bubbling material, woven fabric and porous film to the projection faces of a synthetic resin plate having protrusions. CONSTITUTION:A porous film 1 of thermoplastic synthetic resin in contact with the placed concrete face of a sheet is useful for discharging excess water in concrete slurry and for removal from a forms from hardened concrete face, thereby allowing repetitive use of the forms. Next synthetic fin nonwoven fabric layer 2 prevents fine particles of concrete from flowing out and prevents the film from shrinking. A thermoplastic synthetic resin foaming layer 3 discharges only the excess water, performs heat insulation effect, cures concrete of the state having small temperature change and validates adherence to the protrusions of a thermoplastic synthetic resin plate 4 having protrusions. Further, the resin 4 forms a water collecting discharge port at its recess E, thereby efficiently discharging the excess water out of a system.
