Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To carry out controlled release of physostigmine for a period of 24 hours by selecting an ester or hydrocarbon compound without any free hydroxyl group or any polyethoxy group as a resin of a polymeric layer and a softner. CONSTITUTION: A component of a pressure-sensitive reservoir layer and an activating material are mixed preferably in a solution state homogeneously and coated on a cover layer impermeable to the activating substance. Then, one or multiple solvent(s) is (are) removed if necessary. Then, an adhesive layer for a suitable protective layer is arranged. The reservoir layer contains 10-90wt.% of a polymeric substance selected from a group consisting of block copolymers based on styrene and 1,3-diene, polyisobutylene, and esters of acrylate and/or methacrylate and colophony hydride, 0-30wt.% of a softner based on hydrocarbons and/or ester as well as 0.1-20% of physostigmine.
