CONSTITUTION:A flame-retardant resin compsn. obtd. by compounding a bromine flame retardant (e.g. tetrabromobisphenol A) into a composite resin comprising a styrenic resin (e.g. ABS resin) and a polyalkylene terephthalate resin (e.g. polybutylene terephthalate resin) is mixed with at least one compd. selected from the group consisting of (anhydrous) boric acid and a borate contg. a metal of the group II or IV of the periodic table (e.g. magnesium borate), a zeolite and a zeolite contg. a metal of the group II or IV (e.g. a zeolite substd. by magnesium), and hydrotalcite. |
