Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for an extra casing, which contains an electronic circuit provided on a substrate by making a ceramic sheet (green sheet) form at least one partial wall of the casing. CONSTITUTION: A circuit element 3 of an electronic circuit 4 is arranged in the inside chamber 2 of a casing 1. The circuit element 3 is formed principally of an output semiconductor. The circuit element 3 is arranged on an internal wall 5 of the casing 1, and lead wires of the circuit element 3 are connected electrically and advantageously by the bonding of a conductor path, provided to a partial wall 6 of the casing 1. The partial wall 6 of the casing 1 is formed of a ceramic sheet 7, i.e., sintered green sheet, and the casing consists of two parts. Those casing half parts are formed only of sintered ceramic sheets 7.
