Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve heat conduction and lower the temperature of a deflection yoke by injecting a highly heat conductive resin to the inner part of the deflection yoke mounted to a picture tube and a gap between the deflection yoke and the picture tube. CONSTITUTION:A deflection yoke 1 is mounted on a cathode-ray tube 6, and a highly heat conductive resin 7 is injected to a gap 8 between the cathode-ray tube 6 and the deflection yoke 1 from an optional point of the deflection yoke 1 to bind and fix the both, so that the heat of the deflection yoke 1 is transmitted to the cathode-ray tube 6 side. The temperature raise at the time of operation of the deflection yoke 1 is most highly caused by the copper loss generated in a horizontal deflection coil 2, so that it is important to efficiently introduce the heat of the horizontal deflection coil 2 to the cathode-ray tube 6. The use of a silicon resin which is the highly heat conductive resin provides a temperature reducing effect of 5 deg.C, compared with the case not using the resin. Thus, the temperature raise of the deflection yoke can be reduced even at the time of high frequency scanning and use of large deflection current, allowing the proper operation, and a highly reliable deflection yoke 1 can be provided. |
