HEAT-GENERATING ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT UNIT

PURPOSE:To improve assembling workability without any possibility of falling of a connecting terminal and causing positional deviation by providing the upper part projections fitting to the positioning holes formed in a metal base circuit board and the lower part projections fitting to the positioning holes formed in a case on both sides of the connecting terminals of an insulated block. CONSTITUTION:An insulated block 22 of a terminal block 21 has supporting pieces 23, whose upper end faces abut on a metal base circuit board 11, on both sides of the connecting terminals 14, the upper part projections 24 are formed on the upper end faces of the supporting pieces 23, further the lower part projections 25 are formed on the bottom of the insulated block 22 matching the upper part projections 24. The terminal block 21 is placed on the metal base circuit board 11 so that its upper projections 24 may fit into the positioning holes 26, the connecting terminals 14 are correctly positioned on the prescribed positions of the metal base circuit board 11, soldering is performed followed by being covered with a case 13. Further, the lower part projections 25 projecting outside the case 13 are made the supporting bodies of this electronic circuit unit 18 while their base surfaces abut on the surface of a mother board 19 at the time of mounting on the mother board 19.
