Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a mechanism for sliding two sets of shift gears with less malfunction by engaging the shift gear of large interval side with the gear to be engaged after engaging the shift gear of small interval side with the gear to be engaged. CONSTITUTION:In intervals l1, l2 between neutral state shift gears 34, 35 and gears to be engaged 23, 29, 30, the distance of one shift mechanism is set smaller than the distance of the other shift mechanism. The shift gear of large distance side 34 is meshed with the gears 23, 24 of engaged side after the shift gear 35 of the small distance side is meshed with the gears 29, 30 of engaged side. With the arrangement, the two sets of shift gears 34, 35 are slide-controlled while the meshing timing is shifted. It is thus possible to simplify the structure with less malfunction.
