PLOTTING PROCESSING METHOD

PURPOSE:To easily execute plotting work by setting up a plotting work area in the screen size of a CRT display device as a page unit and displaying a large image having positional relation between respective pages. CONSTITUTION:In the image display of a CRT display device 1, image data are processed to frame data by a display processing part 2 and an image area is decide by a cursor position specification signal based upon a click signal of a mouse 3. A plotting word range is set up in the screen size of the CRT display device as a page unit, image data area stored in each page unit, a higher order area image based upon the combination of respective pages or the whole image is displayed on the screen size of the CRT display device 1 with the positional relation of respective page range frames or page images to execute plotting of each page unit. Thereby, a large image based upon the combination of respective pages can be laid out with the positional relation of respective pages and page display and plotting can be attained. Thus, the large image can easily be plotted.
