Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To reduce vibration and noise by mounting a driving motor for directly driving driving wheels, as a driving source for driving the driving wheel, besides an engine, and by using a fuel cell as a power source, so as to facilitate switching of the power source of the engine. CONSTITUTION:An ignition switch 16 and a battery 17 are connected to a starter motor 1, while an ignition device 18 of an engine 2 is connected to the ignition switch 16. A driving gear 23 of a driving motor 22 with a built-in electromagnetic clutch is engaged with a differential gear 21 on a differential gear 10 of front wheels 11 that works as driving wheels, while a fuel cell controller 24 with a built-in power controller, a fuel cell 25, and a neutral position transducer 26 of a transmission 6 are connected to the driving motor 22. The starter motor 1 and the driving motor 22 are serially connected to a change-over switch 27, and are grounded, so as to be preferentially driven through the switching of the change-over switch 27.
