Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the title sheet useful as materials of sanitary articles, having soft handle, excellent liquid permeability, liquid return prevention and liquid hiding properties by integrating a hydrophobic upper layer sheet having specific performance with a hydrophilic lower layer sheet having specific properties. CONSTITUTION:A hydrophilic extra fine fiber aggregate constituting an upper layer sheet 1 is superimposed to a hydrophilic extra thin fiber aggregate constituting a lower layer sheet 2 and both the sheets are integrated to form a laminate consisting of the upper layer sheet 1 and the lower layer sheet 2, which is passed through a cooling roll and a hot roll having surface protrusions while laying the upper layer sheet 1 on the hot roll side to give the objective sheet wherein the upper layer sheet 1 is partially melted and through holes 3 are bored through the sheet 1.
