Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain the subject compound in high purity and yield and to recover by produced thiamine monophosphate in high yield by phosphatizing thiamine to obtain a cocarboxylase-containing solution, treating the solution with an anion exchange resin and, at the same time, eluting with a specific elutant. CONSTITUTION:A cocarboxylase-containing solution produced by phosphatizing thiamine is made to contact with an anion exchange resin layer and the treated solution is eluted by using an aqueous solution of a 1-3C organic acid (e.g. formic acid or acetic acid) as an elutant. The objective compound is separated from the eluted fraction having pH of = 5.5. The particle size of the anion exchange resin is preferably 20-50 mesh from the viewpoint of handleability. The concentration of the organic acid aqueous solution is preferably 10-30wt.%. |
