Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To magnify a character desired to be emphasized while inspecting printing without a trouble to store the character in a font buffer by outputting a heat pulse of a width corresponding to the input number of encoder pulses thereby to indicate the input number of encoder pulses. CONSTITUTION:A CPU receives an encoder input input by a font interrupter PINT via an amplifier AMP through an input/output port I/O port, with sending the data stored on a RAM as a heat data HD of 32 bits to a head driver HRD in correspondence to a cycle of the encoder input. When the transfer of the data is completed, the CPU generates a LATCH signal and sends heat pulses by a heat signal. Accordingly, a 32-dot thermal head THD aligned in a longitudinal direction generates heat, thereby transferring the ink of a transfer tape between the head and a paper to the paper. Thus, the data stored on the RAM is printed. Accordingly, if a character desired to be particularly emphasized is to be printed, the character can be emphasized simply by depressing a switch. |
