TRANSPORT HOSE HAVING AT LEAST SINGLE JACKET-TYPE FLOAT

PURPOSE: To prevent external application from causing bent of a hose or full closing of the hose, by stabilizing the length of independent inside support element arranged over the entire hose length for circumferential shrinking force, and by elastically absorbing hose deformation. CONSTITUTION: An inner surface of a rubber hose wall made of an insert reinforcement 1 covered by a rubber outer layer 2 has a rubber inner layer 3 as an abrasion protecting means. An annular groove 5 is formed in a central hole wall in a floating member, and the groove 5 is covered and fitted on a corresponding shoulder 6 of the rubber outer layer 2. An outer support element 7 and an inner support element 8 are buried or secured in the hose wall in an arrangement region of the corresponding shoulder 6. The inner support element 8 buried in the rubber inner surface 3 inside the insert reinforcement 1 is constituted as a spiral body 9 made of shape steel material, and abuts to a winding streak 10 of the spiral body. Another inside support element 15 is buried in the intermediate part of the corresponding shoulder 6, and the inside support element is also constituted as the spiral body 9.
