Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To raise the reliability of a sensing and stopping device by a method in which when the magnetism of magnets provided to a projecting mechanism is detected by a magnetic proximity switch during the period when a shutter is lowered by a motor, the motor is stopped. CONSTITUTION:A shutter 1 being lowered by a motor is interrupted by an obstruction A, a magnet 14 comes near a magnetic proximity switch 9 corresponding to the level of the shutter 1 as the shutter 1 contracts. The magnetism of the magnet 14 is then detected by the switch 9 to send out a detected signal to a controller 15. The motor is then stopped by the controller 15 to stop the lowering of the shutter 1.
