CONSTITUTION: A chambered doctor blade 4 has an ink supply adjusting plate 5 and is mounted on an ink tank 6, a pump 7 is installed in the tank 6, ink is led from the tank 6 to the doctor blade 4 through a conduit 8, and a motor 9 is fixed to the tank 6 to drive the pump 7.
