SCRAP CUTTING METHOD

PURPOSE:To drop the divided scrap without being caught and to improve the productivity by cutting the annular scrap part protruded from the lower die with the scrap cutter of the upper die in the frame width direction and then cutting the scrap from the products part with the outer circumferencial trimming punch and the lower die. CONSTITUTION:The work 12 is set on the lower die 11 in the protruding state of its circumferencial annular scrap part 126. Next, two positions, at least, of the annular scrap part 12b are notched with the scrap cutter 13, 14 set at the upper die 16 in the frame width direction. After then, by cutting the boundary 12c of the annular scrap part 12b and the products parts 12a of its inside with the outer circumferencial trimming punch 15 and the lower die 11, the annular scrap part 12b is divided from the notch 12d to the plural, to drop and to be housed in the storage. Therefore, the scrap is not caught to anywhere, so the manufacture of the products is smoothly executed.
