AGENT FOR MAKING SLUDGE HYDROPHOBIC

PURPOSE:To heighten dewatering efficiency for sludge by preparing an agent for making sludge hydrophobic by adding and dissolving specified amounts of sulfuric acid, potassium sulfate, aluminum sulfate, iron salt, potassium aluminosulfate to a solvent water, respectively. CONSTITUTION:An agent for making sludge phydrophobic is prepared by adding and dissolving 0.5-10 pts.wt. of sulfuric acid, 1-15 pts.wt. of either one of potassium sulfate or potassium chloride, 50-150 pts.wt. of aluminum sulfate, 50-200 pts.wt. of at least one iron salt selected from ferric sulfate, ferric chloride, and iron salt polymer, and 5-50 pts.wt. of potassium aluminosulfate in 1000 pts.wt. of a solvent water. When the agent for making sludge phydrophobic is used for raw sludge treatment, about 4-6l of the agent for making sludge hydrophobic as solution agent is preferably added to 1m of raw sludge, and after 30 second stirring at conventional slow stirring speed, the mixture is preferably left still.
