JOINING METHOD FOR FIXED THREADED REINFORCING BAR

PURPOSE:To simplify the execution of works by arranging a relay threaded mild steel bar between the ends of two threaded mild steel bars in such a way as rotatable, and coupling one end of this relay threaded mild steel bar with the joining end of threaded mild steel bar to be joined through respective joint. CONSTITUTION:In each beam A, B to be joined, four threaded mild steel bars 1 are embedded as main bars at the four corners, and a main steel rod 2 is embedded in the center. The mild steel bars 1 protruded from the beams A, B are confronted each other and arranged approx. on one straight line, and a relay threaded mild steel bar 5 is inserted between the ends of the mild steel bars 1, 1 in such a condition as capable of rotating. Through a joint 3, one end of the relay bar 5 is coupled with the joining end of the mild steel bar 1 of beam A while pitch alignment is taken, and the other end of the relay bar 5 is coupled with the joining end of the mild steel bar 1 of beam B through joint 3. This simplifies the execution of works.
