Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prepare the subject non-toxic, non-injurious paper free from the aging deterioration of the antibacterial property by holding an antibacterial metal is powdery hydroxyapatite in an ionic state and subsequently mixing the antibacterial powder hydroxyapatite with paper. CONSTITUTION:0.002wt.% - saturation amount, preferably 1-5wt.%, of an antibacterial metal (e.g. silver, copper, zinc or tin) is held in powdery hydroxyapatite in an ionic state to prepare antibacterial hydroxyapatite. The antibacterial hydroxyapatite is mixed with paper in a content of >=0.01wt.%, preferably 0.02-40wt.%, in a paper-making process to provide the objective paper.
