Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain high strength and dimensional stability by embedding a reinforcing layer having an open part in a composite material product and surrounding the side surfaces thereof by a hermetically sealing polymer and charging the polymer from both sides of the open part of the reinforcing layer. CONSTITUTION: A polymer matrix 2 comprises the hermetically sealing polymer surrounding the entire surface of a reinforcing layer 3. For example, the reinforcing layer 3 comprises a fiber web and the polymer matrix 2 comprises superposed plastic films 4, 4' compressed at arbitrary temp. Hermetically sealing layers 5, 5' comprising a dense polymer are provided in at least the single surfaces of the respective plastic films 4, 4' to surround the reinforcing layer 3 by the entire surfaces thereof to properly unite the boundaries of the hermetically sealing layers and the fiber web of the reinforcing layer. By this constitution, the polymer of the hermetically sealing layers 5, 5' is converted to a melt plasticized by heat and the open parts or pores of the reinforcing layer 3 are filled from both sides to form non-separated composite material bonding.
