ROTARY-TORQUE MEASURING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To make it possible to cope with a plural kinds of works by forming a linking recess part to which the rotary body of a work is coupled in the state wherein the recess part is expanded at the opening side, and pushing the holder of the work which is held with a work holding jig in the direction of a driving mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A guide hole 52a of a holder 52 is engaged with a guide pin 74 of a work guide 73. The holder 52 of a work 51 is held with a work setting jig 62. Then, a pushing cylinder 15 of a work pushing mechanism 14 is operated, and a pushing plate 17 is lowered. Thus, the holder 52 is pushed in the direction of a driving mechanism 2. Then the mechanism 2 is lifted through a lifting cylinder 9. A work linking member 3 of the mechanism 2 is lifted through escape holes 1b and 72 of the jig 62. A rotary body 53 of the work 51 is coupled into the linking recess part of the member 3. Under this state a motor 64 of the mechanism 2 is rotated, and the member 3 is rotated through a torque detector 66. Then, the rotary body 53 is rotated without sliding owing to the large friction between the rotary body and the elastic material of the member 3. The rotary torque of the rotary body 53 is measured with the detector 66.
