TRANSPORT METHOD FOR CLEAN LIQUID PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To decrease vibration contamination from a container to a liquid product by a method wherein in a filling room of a container which can absorb the variation of a liquid quantity due to liquid expansion, a liquid product is filled up. CONSTITUTION:A container to transport a liquid product is made to be a container which can absorb the variation of liquid quantity due to liquid expansion during the transport, and in a room to fill a liquid product of the container, a liquid product is filled up and stored under a condition in which the liquid product is filled up not less than 95% to the internal capacity of the room. A liquid filling section 8 of this container is filled with, e.g., ammonia water and is connected with a liquid expansion absorbing section 7, in which almost no ammonia is filled, by a connecting pipe 2. The liquid expansion absorbing section 7 is made to be a cylindrical shaped tank which has a space capacity of approximately 150l, and is inserted from a manhole on the top of the liquid filling section 8. After transport, when a clean nitrogen gas is injected from a nozzle 5, only the liquid in the liquid filling section 8 can be extracted as a product from a nozzle 3. The liquid in the liquid expansion absorbing section 7 is not used as a product.
