AUTOMATIC ANSWERING TELEPHONE SET

PURPOSE:To record a time at recording start by providing a clock device, a time recording device and an output device outputting the recording time. CONSTITUTION:The telephone set is provided with a clock device 3, a time recording device 4 and an output device 7 outputting a recording time. That is, the telephone set 1 is operated to produce a control signal 2 to activate a voice output clock 3 and a recording section 4 and a voice signal 5 from the voice output clock 3 and a voice signal 6 from the telephone set 1 in succession to the signal 5 are recorded in the recording section 4 at the start of recording. On reproducing, an output section 7 outputs the time and content as voice. Thus, the time of incoming message externally during absence is recognized.
