INTER POSITION DEVICE

PURPOSE: To easily insert an inserting object into a receiving bore without damaging a connecting part by forming a gripping device of a contact plate and a fastening member, arranging the fastening member on the contact plate so that a position can be adjusted, arranging the contact plate and the inserting object so as to have the contact surface perpendicular to the receiving bore, and holding the inserting object so as to be displaceable in the direction of the contact surface of the contact plate. CONSTITUTION: The contact surface 15 formed of a flange 14 is arranged in a tool holder 11 so that a shaft 12 is accurately inserted into a receiving bore 3, and this is formed so as to be perpendicular to the vertical axis A of the tool holder 11. The contact surface 23 is also similarly formed on a contact plate 22 of a gripping device 21 so that the contact surface 15 of the tool holder 11 is pressed to this contact surface 23. The tool holder 11 is also movably held to a limited extent in the direction of the contact plate 22. Therefore, the tool holder 11 does not incline in the receiving bore 3 by always flatly coming into contact with the contact surface 23 of the contact plate 22 by automatically aligning itself with the receiving bore 3 when inserting the shaft 12 by inserting inclined faces 13, 4 arranged in the shaft 12 or the receiving bore 3.
