Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To securely prevent the diffusion of the smoke of tobacco by providing air suction ports to the upper and lower parts of a partition, and also providing an air discharge port for forming an air curtain to the upper end of the partition. CONSTITUTION:On both sides and on the front side of each desk 1 (not shown), partitions 2 whose interior is hollow are erected, and in the lower part of the interior of each partition 2, a fan 3 for blowing air is incorporated, and to the upper and lower parts of the side surface, suction ports 6a, 6b are provided, and also on the upper end of the partition 2, a discharge port 4 ranging the overall length in the longitudinal direction is provided. When the flame of tobacco is detected by a ultraviolet sensor situated in the position where there is an occupant, the fan 3 is operated to take in air through the suction ports 6a, 6b, and the air is discharged from the discharge port 4, so that an air curtain is formed on the upper part of the partition 2.
