Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable reduction in both sizes of auxiliary facilities and a building by using intermediate drying bins as a wall surface of the building, providing a sufficient capacity of the intermediate drying bins and enabling an intermediate drying method. CONSTITUTION:The size of a building is determined by a treatment plan of harvested rice and special building design of the building itself is not required simply by preparing panels corresponding thereto. The construction work is only assembly of the panels. Intermediate drying bins 1 themselves form rigid bodies by using thereof as a wall surface of the building to bear the strength of the building. The harvested rice received in a receiving chamber 15 is transferred to a dryer 11 with a lift 18 and dried. The intermediately dried harvested rice is stored in the intermediate drying bins 1 with a lift 19. Air is blasted into the intermediate drying bins 1 with a blower 17 to prevent molds from growing.
