MANUFACTURE OF POROUS INSULATED WIRE

PURPOSE:To highly foam an extremely thin insulator easily by extrusively spreading a material in which a solid component soluble in a solvent and an unsoluble or hardly soluble solid component are mixed together, on a conductor, and then by removing the soluble component. CONSTITUTION:After extrusively spreading a material in which a room temperature solid component soluble in a solvent and an unsoluble or hardly soluble room temperature solid component are mixed together, on a conductor, it is brought into contact with the solvent, and the soluble component is removed, so as to form a wire having a porous insulator. Or otherwise, a material including at least one species of bridging component, and either/both non-bridging component or/and decay component, is extrusively spread on the conductor, after which bridging is performed. It is then brought into contact with the solvent, and by removing the non-bridging component or the material including decay component, a wire having porous insulator can be formed.
