Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce a superconductor having a high critical temp. by holding an electrodeposited body contg. a solvent formed by electrophoresis at a temp. below the b.p. of the solvent to remove the solvent, recalcining the body in an oxygen atmosphere and carrying out annealing. CONSTITUTION:Powder of a superconductor is suspended in a solvent and electrodeposited on an electrode such as a silver wire by electrophoresis. The electrodeposited body is held at a temp. below the b.p. of the solvent to perfectly remove the solvent by gradual evaporation. The body is then recalcined in an oxygen atmosphere and annealed. A superconductor having a high superconducting critical temp. can be obtd.
