Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare a fine and stable liposome forming agent by a method wherein phophoric esters are obtained by reaction between a specific glycerophosphoric lipid and a polyhydric alcohol in the presence of phospholipase D and mixed with a water-soluble salt or surfactant. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of phosphoric esters is obtained by reaction between glycerophosphoric lipid represented by the formula I and/or formula II, wherein R and R are groups selected from -OCOR and/or -OR , wherein R and R are 6-32C alkyl groups, X is an org. residue free from one hydroxyl group at the hydroxyl group contg. base and M is H and alkali metal, and a polyhydric alcohol having a condensation level of 2-50 such as polyglycerol. This mixture of phosphoric esters is mixed with a water-soluble salt and/or surfactant to prepare a liposome forming agent.
