IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce running costs without providing a complicatedly designed capsule sheet turning-over mechanism by marking an exposure point in the vicinity of the upper end of a pressure development roller of a large diameter which carries a capsule sheet and a pressure point at a location obtained by shifting a phase slightly from the exposure point. CONSTITUTION:This image forming device is so constituted that developing paper contained in a paper feed cassette 19 attachably and detachably mounted on the lower part o the device 12 is led to a press-contact point C between the pressure development roller of a large diameter 15 and a pressure development roller of a small diameter 18 via a sucker 20 and a developing paper route 21 from above the press-contact point C. Consequently, the already exposed capsule sheet 17 is brought into press- contact with the developing paper at the press-contact point C via rollers 15 and 17. Through this press-contact, an image is formed on the developing paper based on a latent image on the capsule sheet 17. Since the exposure point B is marked in the vicinity of the upper end of the roller 15 carrying the capsule sheet 17 and the press-contact point C is marked at a location obtained by shifting a phase by around 90 deg. from the exposure point B, the distance between the two-points B and C is minimized. As a result, running costs can be reduced.
