Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a blowing material having quick hardening property, consisting of a cement mortar containing a fiber, etc. and a quick hardening material of cement and containing a blended high-performance cement water-reducing admixture in either one or both of the cement mortar and the quick hardening material of cement and reduced in occurrence of dust and capable of giving covering face having good initial and long-term strengths. CONSTITUTION:The above-mentioned blowing material having quick hardening property is composed of a cement, sand, fiber and cement quick hardening material containing a high-performance cement water-reducing admixture. The above-mentioned blowing material is produced by blending a cement with a sand and fiber, preferably in dry state and then kneading the blend with water and a cement water-reducing admixture. The cement constituting the blowing material includes various kind of cements ordinar ily used and is not especially limited. As the sand, each sand of natural sand, silicate, lime sand, etc., can be used. As the fiber, steel fiber, alkali resistant glass fiber, etc., can be used. Then as the high-performance water-reducing admixture, beta-naphthaline sulfonic acid formalin condensate is used and added amount thereof is 0.2-2 pts.wt., preferably 0.3-1 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. cement.
