CONSTITUTION:A pair of base metals 1 whose thin sheet-like edge tip parts 6 are fixed respectively along one end side, are fixed by interposing a spacer 10 in a constant thickness between each base metal 1 in the state of the edge tip part 6 being faced in the same direction and each edge tip part 6 is positioned in parallel and at the specific interval necessary for forming. Thereafter, each edge tip part 6 is subjected to forming in the same sectional shape along the longitudinal direction by a forming grinding wheel 11.
